| Acquisition of Autogas Propane's West Kootenay's Operation |
March 27, 2009The Management of Cal-Gas Inc. is pleased to announce that a letter of intent has been signed for the acquisition of the Autogas Propane's West Kootenay's operation which is expected to close by May 1, 2009. Autogas Propane established their West Kootenay's operation in 1999 and has steadily grown the business from their Castlegar branch location. The operation under the guidance of Ken Jinjoe is well know for their exceptional service and commitment to the communities throughout the West Kootenay's and is therefore a good fit to our team and network. We welcome Ken and his team to the Cal-Gas family and we look forward to working together to further enhance the Cal-Gas market share in the area. |
