The senior management of Cal-Gas Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Merlin Mechanical (“Merlin”) effective February 1, 2012

Merlin provides plumbing, heating, A/C, commercial refrigeration, furnace installation, gas fitting and commercial construction service to residential, commercial and industrial customers in the South Calgary, Okotoks, Longview and High River trading areas.

David Rupert, who owned and guided Merlin from its inception, will continue to work as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition into the Cal-Gas family and to oversee the completion of ongoing projects.

Effective October 15, 2011, Cal-Gas Inc. is pleased to announce that a new branch has been established in RED EARTH, ALBERTA. The new branch location is an excellent addition to our existing operations in North-Central Alberta which includes, Slave Lake and Peace River.
